Basic principle

Use light phase mixture of different density and immiscible, the heavy phase and solid phase, different principles settling velocity obtained in a

centrifugal force field or gravitational field, to the light phase, the heavy phase and solid phase stratification purposes . Called gravity separation in

a gravitational field, called centrifuged centrifugal field.

Gravity separation:

Mixing the liquid in the precipitation tanks, the large density of the solid particles sink slowly in the Earth's gravity, the final liquid becomes clear,

and the density of the liquid at the top. Gravity separation takes a long time, take a lot of space, especially when the density difference is small,

large viscosity, the separation is difficult to achieve.
