Working Principle

The raw materials need to be processed fall into the conical working chamber from the feeding inlet of grinding and granulate machine and then form into swirling flow under the action of flying cutters, at the same time, the granules are pushed toward the screen surface by centrifugal force. As the high-speed revolution of flying cutters can take shearing action with screen surface, the material will be grinded into small granules between the flying cutters and screen, and then discharged through screen mesh. The size of grinded granules can be adjusted by the screen meshes, the gap between flying cutter and screen, the revolution speed of flying cutters.

3.We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.
4.We makes guarantee of the machine for 12 (twelve) months. During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shippment of the machine.
