Product Introduction

This equipment is suitable for the test of electrical products which are enclosure and sealed in the rain environment whether can ensure the good performance of equipment and components. The scientific design of this equipment, so that the equipment can be realistically simulated dripping water, water spraying, splashing water etc. The application of the comprehensive control system and the frequency conversion technology makes the rotation angle of the test sample rack. The swing angle of the pendulum rod and the swing frequency of the spray water can be adjusted automatically.

IPX1/2, IPX3/4 waterproof degrees test equipment are designed and manufactured according to IEC 60529 < Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)>. This equipment is applied in IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4 waterproof degrees testing purposes, which are widely adopted by luminaire products, electrical and electronic products certification institutions, testing organizations and production enterprises for quality control.

Usage Method

Preparation before the test

Rotate the power switch, the system is powered on, the power indicator light is on, the touch screen is powered on to display the [Home] screen, and click [Control Screen] to go to the control screen.

1.The installation of Oscillation Tube

Install different types of pendulum tubes according to the test requirements. When installing, you must install one side of the hole in the water outlet on the right side. When the oscillation tube of R200 used for IPX3 test, you need to block 4 holes. When the R400 pendulum tube is used for IPX3 test, it needs to be blocked 5 Holes.

2. The installation of tillable rotating Stage

The Rotating Stage has two stages, and the stage is replaced according to the size of the oscillation tube, and the stage can be rotated counterclockwise.

Sample placement

Place the sample on the turntable and the sample is fixed at a distance of 200 mm from the needle. Press the manual mode on the [Parameter] screen to turn the Rotating Stage and observe whether the rotation is normal.

Test Start

1,IPX1 Vertical Drip Rain Test:Move the touch screen screen to [Parameter Screen] and click Select IPX1-2 drip mode, click to start button to begin the test,Adjust the flow meter of IPX1-2 to the required flow and open compressed air Close the drip evenly, click the button, Start on test timing.

2.IPX2 Vertical Drip Rain Test:

The test operation is the same as above.

3.IPX3 Oscillating Tube water Test:

Move the touch screen screen to the [Parameter] screen and press the button,automatically turn the Oscillating Tube to the 0° position, set the test time, and select the IPX3 mode. .Press the ,adjust the flow rate of IPX3 production flow on the panel.

R200(IPX3: 0.35LPM,IPX4:0.7LPM),R400(IPX3:1.0LPM,IPX4:1.5LPM)

4.IPX4 Oscillating Tube water Test:

The operation process is the same as the IPX3 Oscillating water test. Only the test angle is set to 350°.

5.IPX3-4 Spray Nozzle Test

Turn the screen to [Parameter Screen], select Spray Nozzle mode, set the test time,setting the time and press the button ,adjust the flow meter of Spray Nozzle behind the tank to 9LPM.
