Purpose of polishing is to remove the deformation and scratches during the grinding process, resulting in a scratched mirror surface for microscopic analysis of the microstructure.

Used for soft materials such as copper, tin, resin, PCB, SMT, semicon-ductor final polishing. Recommend to use with Trojan 0.05-3.0 um, alumina suspension or alumina powder.
