The hydraulic unit has an automatic retraction function that returns the piston to its starting position when the maximum working pressure is reached.
Manual retraction allows the user to return the piston to the starting position if the crimp is incorrect. When the trigger is released, the device is equipped with a special brake when the forward movement of the piston and the mold is stopped.
The unit is equipped with a dual piston pump featuring a quick approach of the mold and a slow crimping movement.
The press fitting can be rotated 360° smoothly about the longitudinal axis for better access to narrow corners and other difficult working areas.
