Introduction to the Use of Infrared Physical Therapeutic Lamps

Insert the power plug into the socket. Press the switch, preheat for 2-3 minutes, and irradiate the acupoints or pain areas. The irradiation distance is about 10-20 cm. It is advisable to keep warm and comfortable to the skin at the diseased site. Do not go too close to prevent burns.

How long is the course of treatment better?

1. For disease prevention and health care, it can be irradiated 1-2 times a day for 20 minutes each time.

2. For the treatment of various diseases, it can be irradiated 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time. (The irradiation time for children under 16 years old is 15-20 minutes). It is better to relieve pain than to rush for it.

3. Acute patients: 3-6 times as a course of treatment.

Subacute patients: 7-10 sessions as a course of treatment

Chronic patients: 20-30 courses of treatment for a course of treatment. Note: You must make up your mind to take radiation therapy. Do not irradiate for 10 or 5 minutes. This is ineffective.
