EPDM Advantage:

(1) EPDM: Density (1,200-1,350) KG/M3. Excellent aging resistance, good chemical resistance, good impact elasticity. In 100 PPHM medium containing ozone, 2430 hours without cracking;

(2) Aging Resistance: EPDM has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, color stability, electrical performance, oil filling and room temperature fluidity. EPEM products under 120 ℃ can be use for a long time, in 150 ~ 200℃ can be used briefly or intermittently. Adding suitable anti - aging agent can increase its service temperature. EPDM crosslinked with peroxide can be used under more stringent conditions; Epdm at ozone concentration 50X10 ~, stretch 30%, can reach more than 150 hours without cracking.

(3) Corrosion Resistance: Due to the lack of polarity of ethylene and propylene rubber, low degree of unsaturation, so all kinds of polar chemicals such as alcohol, acid, alkali, oxidant, refrigerant, detergent, animal and vegetable oil, ketone and fat have good resistance; However, it is less stable in aliphatic and aromatic solvents such as gasoline, benzene and mineral oils;
