1. High safety and reliability:
Conventional heat exchange equipment is generally interwall heat transfer, hot and cold fluid flow on both sides of the wall, such as pipe wall or wall leakage, will cause production loss.
Heat pipe waste heat regenerator is secondary interwall heat transfer, that is, the heat flow through the heat pipe evaporating section of the wall and the condensing section of the wall to reach the cold fluid.

The temperature of the heat pipe wall can be adjusted, and the temperature of the heat pipe wall can be adjusted above the dew point of the low-temperature fluid through proper heat flow transformation, so as to prevent the dew point corrosion and ensure the long-term operation of the equipment.
Because avoid flue gas dew point, so that dust is not easy to adhere to the rib and pipe wall.
At the same time, the heat pipe will generate self-vibration in the heat conduction, so that the ash is not easy to adhere to the tube wall and fin, so it will not block the ash.

Working Principle

Its working principle is shown in the figure below: the left is the flue gas channel, the right is the clean air (water or other media) channel, there is a partition in the middle to separate each other without interference.
High temperature flue gas by the left channel discharge, discharge when the high temperature flue gas flushing tube, when the flue gas temperature 30 ℃ >, heat conduction, heat pipe is activated automatically to the right, then the left heat pipe heat absorption and temperature drop after high temperature flue gas flowing through the heat pipe, heat is absorbed by the heat pipe and to the right.
Room temperature clean air (water or other media) under the action of the blower, flow along the right channel in the opposite direction to wash the heat pipe, then the right side of the heat pipe heat, the clean air (water or other media) heating, air flow through the heat pipe temperature rise.
