For safety reasons, it is absolutely not possible to deliver air pressure to the air bag before all valves are securely mounted on the air bag. Never attempt to disassemble a valve that has been installed firmly in the presence of air pressure in the system.

(1) Pair the appropriate blowpipes and mountings according to the valve instructions and try to avoid flipping the valve to the bottom of the air bag.
(2) Ensure that the air bag and the blow tube are clean and free of debris.
(3) Make sure that the compressed air supply is clean and dry.
(4) Install the valve on the short pipe on the welding air bag, and then connect the blowing pipe to the valve outlet to ensure that no excessive thread sealant is squeezed into the valve.

(5)Provide a moderate air pressure to the air bag system and check for leaks (you can brush soapy water and check the interface for air bubbles).
(6)The system is pressure-inflated (the pressure range of the valve is 0.3-8.6 bar), and it is recommended to inflate the air bag with a maximum pressure of 8 kg.
(7)Test the injection sequence of the pulse valve, and test whether all the pilot valves are operating normally and whether the pulse blowing sound is crisp.

Maintain

Ensure that all system components are fully relieved and power is cut off prior to system maintenance. The power can be turned on until the valve and all components have been completely installed, increasing the air pressure. The diaphragm and solenoid pilot valve should be routinely inspected every year to keep it intact.
