P84 high temperature resistant needle-punched felt: P84 (polyimide fiber) has remarkable properties due to the fineness of the fiber itself, and it also provides a lot of micro-pore to make the surface filtration effect better than deep filtration because of the irregular cross-section of the fiber which increases the surface area of the fiber to the maximum. Dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt, but can not penetrate into the filter felt. Therefore, the reverse washing pressure is small and the cake bouncing efficiency is significantly improved. It has excellent collection efficiency of fine particles and small pressure difference, and its chemical properties are very superior, but the price is high. Our company is a high temperature resistant filter material made of polyimide fibers from Lenzing Company. It has remarkable temperature resistance, excellent acid and alkali resistance, low backwashing pressure and high cake ejection rate, and the limiting oxygen index is 26%.
