High Clamping Flexibility Machine Tool Accessories 2 Piece Milling Vise

The Features:

1.Two piece construction results in utmost clamping flexibility, on work pieces ranging from short to extra long.

2.Body made of meehanite casting. Jaws are hardened and precision ground. Small movement of detachable handle grips work firmly for even the heaviest cuts. Each half supplied with key slots and wedges for exact locating on machine table.

3.When clamping large workpieces, the size of the opening and the number of vices can be adjusted freely according to the shape of the workpiece. It is free and flexible, and has a wide range of application scenarios.

4.The fixed port adopts a solid triangular structure, which can provide stable supporting force when clamping the workpiece to ensure the clamping accuracy and stability

Note: When the workpiece is clamped, the workpiece is under the clamp 1/2 position. At this time, the jaws are evenly stressed and can be used normally.
