Working principle and Design Scheme of equipment

1, Operational principle

The machine is open circulation, flow, centrifugal atomization, micro negative pressure operation. Drying medium air from the atmosphere according to operating instructions, after the initial, medium effect air filter, blower, hot stove, The high efficiency filter becomes high temperature and clean hot air, then enters the main drying tower through the hot air distributor. The liquid material passes through the screw pump according to the operation instruction and enters the centrifugal nozzle. The droplets are dispersed into small droplets under centrifugal force. In the main drying tower, the droplets are in full contact with the hot air, heat exchanged along their specific paths, then dried into products, then separated by a cyclone separator, and the solid materials are collected. The gas medium is filtered out.
