Sound wave plastic welding machine is mainly used for the secondary connection of thermoplastic plastics. Compared with other traditional processes (such as adhesive, electric blanching or screw fastening), it has obvious advantages such as high production efficiency, good welding quality, environmental protection and energy saving.

The working principle of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine is that the machine transforms electrical energy into ultrasonic energy through the ultrasonic transducer (i.e. high frequency mechanical vibration energy whose frequency exceeds the auditory threshold of human ear). The energy is transmitted to the plastic workpiece through the welding head, which melts the joint surface of the plastic workpiece after severe friction with tens of thousands of ultrasonic frequencies and certain amplitudes per second. The transient pressure maintained on the workpiece after vibration stops makes the two weldments solidify as a whole by means of molecular linkage. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second, and the welding strength obtained is comparable to that of the body.
