Product Description

Model: ESF005A-1A(Fiber openning machine)

This set of machine is fiber opening and filling machine, it is suitable for different kinds of short fibers(wool, cotton, polyester) carding and puff.

This machine is suitable for different kinds of short fiber's opening, and makes the materials to be average to mixing, and filling fast and average.

Installation and Test

1. The machine should be placed on the flat and hard floor, adjust the foot screw of the machine, screw them into horizontal floor and lock them;
2. Connect the fiber exit with feeding inlet by the plastic pipe, make sure there is no leak.
3. Connect the opening machine and filling machine into the power of 380V/50Hz/63A 3phases electrical controlled box (prepared by customer). Make sure the direction of motor the same with the mark of the arrowhead on the machine.
4. Connect the power line of filling machine into the electrical controlled box of opening machine.
5. Make sure the grounding is fine.

Operationa. Order of setup: first setup the filling machine to make the running the filling machine work well. ( Note the direction of motor the same with the mark of the arrowhead on the machine)
b. Setup the opening machine, after 30 seconds of running then the machine will work well, then setup the switch of back or forward, check the direction of running belt is correct.
c. Fiber feeding: put the fiber on the conveyer belt averagely. Do not put too thick to prevent the jam in the roller.
d. Filling: Take the pillow or sofa cover into the filling exit, press the foot valve by foot and belt feeding will begin, then the fiber will be filled into pillow or sofa cushion.
e. After the fiber filling into pillow or cushion is full stop off the foot valve.

1. Maintenance.
   1. Clean the fiber between the rollers and exit and the valve of filling machine.
   2. Adding the lubricant to pneumatic component of oil and mist.
   3. Keep the machine and working environment clean.
2. Others

Safe notice:
When fiber feeding, don't put arms into fiber exit to prevent the danger.
If there is any abnormity, press the stop knob in the electrical box.

Production notice:

1. Forbidden to use the non-polyester fiber to open, including the flame fiber, long silk, shredded fabric, with metal things, wooden or bamboo things, to prevent the damage of the machine
2. If the polyester fiber is damp or into block, it should be insolated and loosen, then to open.
3. Keep the expedite of the fiber exit, if there is jam, will make the machine burthen or damage the machine.
4. When working, do not open the panel, because the speed of the rolling is 2000rpm.
