Brief Description

DZL TYPE

1. The DZL type quick-install boiler is a single-drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.

2. Suitable for burning coal and shaped biomass fuel. There is an economizer at the end.

3. The excluded ash and slag can be directly used as farmyard manure, and it is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.

4. It is equipped with a blasting fan for automatic ventilation, and is equipped with a spiral slag machine to realize mechanical slag.

5. The control and monitoring instruments are complete, and the boiler operation is safe and reliable.

SZL TYPE

1. The SZL type assembled water tube boiler produced by the company adopts a double-drum vertical arrangement, and the installed grate is a chain grate. The rated evaporation is 4~20t/h. The boiler is fueled with biomass-forming solid fuel.

2. The water wall of the wall on both sides of the furnace adopts a membrane water wall structure;

3. the water wall tubes of the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downward to the upper part of the grate to form front and rear arches, which not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the volume and the heating surface of the furnace. The strength of the rear arch is reinforced.

4. Behind the furnace is a combustion chamber, a convection tube bundle, and an economizer is installed at the tail. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, the combustion chamber, the convection tube bundle, and the economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, the induced draft fan, and the chimney.

5. The front part of the boiler is designed with secondary air inlet and is controlled by the valve. When the coal is burned, the fuel can be fully burned out and the combustion efficiency is improved. A higher feed port is used to meet the needs of biomass fuels.
