Description

Front:

Knit denim Jacket to be a medium wash.
Denim jacket to be a button through denim jacket regular length (NSP: 60cm) :
Denim jacket to have a shirt collar with a leading edge of 6cm. Shirt collar to be twin-needle topstitched.
The shoulder seams of the denim jacket must be brought forward to the front of the garment by 4cm. Both shoulder seams to be twin-needle top stitched.
Denim jacket to have a front yoke on the jacket. Yoke must be twin-needle top stitched.
Denim jacket to have two chest pockets on either side of the button stand.
Both chest pockets to be pointed both chest pocket to have twin-needle top stitching.
Pockets to have a pointed flap with shank button placed in the middle of the pointed pocket flap. Pocket flaps to have twin needle top stitching
From the pockets on both sides of the jacket there mustbe two panel lines starting from the bottom of the pocket to the hem line.
The panel lines must be wider at the top (7.5cm) and narrower at the bottom (5cm).

Follow blasting as per image on panel lines , cuff, yolk and pockets and edges of collar
Button stand to be 4cm wide on both sides. The left hand-side button stand must contain 6 shank buttons; the last button placed on the hem.
The right hand side button stand to have 6 neatly finished buttonholes; the button stand must also have zig-zag top stitching detail.
Denim jacket to have to have two long two piece sleeves.

The sleeves must have a cuff with a shank button; cuff on sleeves to be 5cm wide.
Sleeves cuffs to have a slit measuring 5cm
Both slits to be twin-needle top-stitched. Joining of the two piece sleeves both to have twin-needle topstitching.
Hem band of denim jacket to be 4cm wide, denim jacket to be top-stitched as per image
Stitching colour to be ink as per overseas sample and please use same thread thickness as per image.

Back:
The back to have a double back yoke. Double yoke to be twin-needle top stitched.
Panel lines on either side of the jacket from yolk into hem. The panel lines to be twin-needle top stitched.
Hem to be as per front, 4cm top stitched. Hem to have two tab detail starting at either side seams. Tabs to both end in a point and to be 11cm from point.Tabs to have shank button and to have twin needle top stitching.

Inside:

All seams to be neatly over-locked and finished.
The back to have a double back yoke. Double yoke to be twin-needle top stitched

All hardware to be branded in gunmetal color.

All topstitching to be thick thread.
