Snake CCTV pipe inspection camera is anintelligent pipe internal corrosion detector. The pipeline inspection pig is walking in the pipeline by pressure of fluid. During walking, the corrosion situation of the inner wall of the pipe is collected and recorded by robot;and data is analyzed and explained by special software, inspection report and conclusion are finally formed.

With tiny cameras spread in the robot, which can inspect 360^o inner wall of the pipeline, the severity of corrosion in the pipeline can be qualitatively judged through special data and software analysis, to guide the management department for maintaining and managing.
