Felt cleaning

Felt cleaning is one of the small but important process for paper making. There are 14sets suction box in this duplex board paper line--8sets single slot and 6sets double slot. The suction box efficiently remove water from the felt.

Suction box cover is sub-micro alumina, base is fiber glass. Body is welded of stainless steel plate, eliminate stress after welding. The slot width of single slot is 8mm, and 10mm for double slot.

Vacuum suction box suction width is adjustable. Two ends of the box has rack can adjust angle and up & down micro adjustment.
