Used Methond

Applicable to various types of coating machine, such as Gravure, Air-Knife coater.

1)100KG this coating add 5% pure water diluted to suitable coated Viscosity.

2)After Dispersed evenly, stir at low speed to eliminate foam.

3)Coated at the machine.

Drying Method

Bake above 100 degree hot air drying.

Paper: 20-22 g/m2 (Dry based)

PET Inkjet Films: 25-28g/m2(Dry Based)
