Conditions of use

●Observe if the fting conditions meet the requirements of the techinical values(e.g. for pressures,temperatures,etc)

●Take into account mediums and the prevailing ambient conditions,try to avoidchlorine carbon compound and aromatic compound, oxidizing acid and strongalkali, in order to protect the filter and oil bowls from damaging.

●Slowly pressurize your complete system to prevent sudden uncontrolled movements.

●Aways use the product in its original state. Unauthorized modifications are

forbidden.

Fitting instructions
●Use shut-off valves for making the system pressureless for fitting and maintenance
(e.g. when changing the filter).

●Note the direction of flow. This can be seen on the connecting flanges.
●Leave sufficient space below the filter bowl (min. 60mm) for changing the filter.
●Adjust the F... ..vertically (+5), ftting in the fixed tubing
●Screw the tubing into the connecting flanges. The threads must be sealed.Fitting the manometer:
' Screw the manometer into the existing threaded connector. The manometer sealis already fitted onto the threaded connector pin of the manometer.
The alternative connection is closed with a blind plug. If necessary, replace theblind plug (ind. seal).

●Connect the tubing to the pneumatic connections.Requirements of adding oil to oil bowls as follows:

●Shut off valves and exhaust operating pressure; Or no need close air just turnrelease nut, then you can put oil
●Turn oil bowis in the anti-clockwise direction
●The oil level no exceed two-thirds volume of the bowl.Recommended oil: lSO VG-32 or the same grade
