2. Clean bench structure:

The clean bench consists of case fan, high-efficiency filter, variable air volume blower, medium-efficiency filter, workbench, and antistatic ion gun. Case made of thin steel plate, the surface paint. Work area countertops are all stainless steel and the table tops are removable for easy cleaning.

The clean bench adopts a direct control method, which includes a fan switch, a light switch, an anti-static ion switch, and a direct control device.

It suck in air through fan, pass through static pressure box and then pass through HEPA filter. The purified air can reach ISO 5 clean class to meet the environment requirement for production.
