Recommended Dilution:

Storage
PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3. Store at -20oC. Store at 4°C for a month, for one year store at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01 M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Competitive Kit
In a competitive ELISA assay, sample antigen and labeled antigen compete for capture antibody binding. The more target protein there is in the sample, the less labeled antigen will be captured and the weaker the signal.

Qualitative results provide a simple positive or negative result for a sample.
