Product Introduction

Decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipment, also called Horizontal Spiral Centrifuge, Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge, and Screw Decanter Centrifuge etc. According to different rotating speed, it can be defined as middle speed, high speed and high speed VFD centrifuge. It is mainly use for recycling the barite, removing the fine solid particles sized in 2-7μm, controlling the density and viscosity of drilling fluid to keep the drilling fluid performance.

TRLW series mud centrifuges are designed with practical structure and environmental friendly concept. The middle speed, high speed and variable-speed decanting centrifuges can separate and remove solid phrases in drilling fluids with safe, consistent, and efficient working performance, satisfying different request for solids control in oil drilling, drilling waste management, and other industrial applications.

Main Features of TR Decanter Centrifuge

1. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
2. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
3. Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
4. Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
5. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
6. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
7. Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
8. Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
