• Screw cooling mode: force circulate lubricate cooling
• Gear wheel adopts 20CrMoTi nitriding grinding process.
• Gear wheel material in distribute box is 38CrMoA1A, nitriding process.
• Axis material is 40Cr; Nitriding, quenching, gear wheel processing
• AMB transducer, aptitude temp-control system and other electric components adopt Siemens or Schneider brand.
