Overview

The hydrogen-nitrogen ratio device is mainly used to control the flow rate of hydrogenation or nitrogen addition to achieve a certain proportion of hydrogen and nitrogen mixture. In general, less gas flow is to control the content, a hydrogen nitrogen ratio device is mainly composed of nitrogen gas flowmeter, the hydrogen flow meter, hydrogen analyzer, PID controller, the flow control valve, pressure gauge, mixing tank, chassis, etc.

Nitrogen and hydrogen are respectively imported into the nitrogen and hydrogen mixing tank with the corresponding inlet valve and flow meter. The mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen in the mixing tank is to mix to a certain proportion of the product gas, and goes through the corresponding product air outlet valve to the use point.The device is an automatic proportioning device. Compare with the set value, so we can control how much hydrogen should be added, and ensure that the hydrogen content in the post-grade gas is in the specified range.
