Bearing and seal system:

Sealed roller/journal bearing structure with rollers arraged in grooves recessed in cone body and bigger bearing journal can be better adopted with high WOB and hing RPM

Premium HNBR O-ring with optical seal compression and curved seal structure as well as advanced special grease can limit presure differential and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system and thus strongly assure the lubrication of the bearing.

Applicable formation:

Very soft to medium soft formation with low compressive strength and high drillability, such as mudstone,loose sands, soft limestone, shale layer
