1. Process of hot-dipped galvanized steel

Uncoiler-->Welder-->Entry Looper-->Pre-treatment-->Anneling furnace-->Zinc pot-->Cooling tower--> Water quench tank-->Skin pass-->Tension leveler-->Passivation coater-->Exit Looper-->Recoiler

2. Description

Been rolled in the continuous cold-rolling mill and sent to the continuous hot-dipped galvanizing line, and washed electrolytically, the strip fisrt to be annealed in a continuous annealing furnace and then dipped in the molten zinc pot for -hot-dip galvanization. The production is finally turned out after passivation or skin-passed, stretcher leveling and approciated means of treatment. The zinc can be formed a membrane on the surface which has good performance in corrdoing enviroment, that's why the steel base is galvanized.It not only protect the zinc layer but also protect the steel base. So its service life would be extended greatly.
