The characteristics of the planetary mixer:

The cylinder body uses a special sealing structure, which can be pressurized or vacuum stirred, and has good defoaming effect. The cylinder can be designed according to the needs of the customer. For heating or cooling, the cylinder cover is hydraulic lifting, convenient for operation and cleaning, and the barrel can move freely.

Operation Instruction

The instruction must be followed during operation

1. Do not run over loaded

2. Discharge material in the trough after an emergency stops. Start with load is forbidden;

3. After each shift, clean the trough, tools, check the tightness of nuts, and open and close the discharging door Several times to ensure it works smoothly,

Check the blades and tiles weekly and replace them if necessary;

4. The anti-wear parts made by our company must be used to avoid any damage to the machine;

5. Stay away from the discharging area to avoid any injury to workers.
