All Signature panels start with a heavy duty extruded aluminum frame. The frame, extruded to very close tolerances, is designed to be extremely rigid, resisting racking and twisting. The aluminum frame is then reinforced with heavy duty tubular steel as required by height and weight. The design of the frame allows for skins of various materials which can be replaced or changed in the field. The core of the panel is filled with insulation and laboratory tested Sound Transmission Class (STC). The result of this special design is a flat, rigid panel, which will provide years of quality performance.

Aluminium track system:

Aluminum tracks feature quiet operation, consistent shape for end-to-end alignment, selection of 2 separate ceiling officiants for ease of alignment, corrosion resistance and hard running surface for proper carrier movement. Tracks have been tested for a minimum of 10 years of use.

It uses track and trolleys on individual panels system and track and trolleys on paired panels system.

The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
