Scope of application:

The combustion testing machine for automobile interior decoration is suitable for the combustion characteristics of the interior material of the car (passenger car, multi-purpose passenger car, passenger car and passenger car).

Instrument size: combustion box L385mm*W204mm*H360mm; Control box: L305X320X280mm.

Fixture: the machine has a u-shaped fixture 2 sets. A set of sample clamps for the standard sample (100MM) and another set for non-conforming samples (< 80mm).

Collection plate: 1 piece of stainless steel collector plate.

Ignition: high - voltage electronic ignition.

Flame time: 0 ~ 99s/min is optional.

Burning time: 0 ~ 99s/min can be set at will.

Nozzle length: 100mm, with air conditioning hole.

Flame height: 38mm adjustable.

Digital display thermometer: 0 ~ 200 ℃, resolution: 0.1 ℃. (Use thermometer + thermoelectric coupling instead of regular mercury glass scale thermometers, and resolve the shortcomings of glass thermometers easily broken, and the reading is intuitive, simple and accurate)

Temperature probe: K thermocouple.

Combustion gases: high purity liquefied gases. (Customer prepared)
