Scope of application:

The thermal release rate of cabin material is determined by thermal radiation.

Meet the standard:

In America's federal aviation regulations FAR25 appendix the first Ⅳ part of the test method for determination of cabin materials under thermal radiation heat release "test method;

Comply with the civil aviation administration of China transport aircraft airworthiness standards CCAR - 25 - R4, part Ⅳ "test method for determination of cabin materials under thermal radiation heat release" method.

Main parameters:

The outer surface is adiabatic with low density and high temperature glass fiberboard.

Thermopile: the air temperature difference in and out of the environment box is monitored by a thermoelectric reactor with 5 cold ends and 5 hot ends and 24 nickel-chromium - nickel chromium contacts.

Source: with four 508 mm long, 16 mm outside diameter, LL type silicon carbide components as a heat source, heat flux of a maximum of 100 kw / ㎡.

Air shunt system: the air into the environment is shunt by a 6.3mm thick aluminum sheet

Flue: the cross section is 133*70MM and the length is 254MM

Heat flow meter: the range of 0-100 KW / ㎡, accuracy of value plus or minus 3%

Ignition location: to ignite the burner
