Technical Support
We provide technology training for free, which contains the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in the factory. All operation manual, software, test reports are available. Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided. If need, we can send our engineer to your side for instruction, and clients should pay the cost about engineer’s trip.

Free Training
You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free of charge training, such as: soft operation,led video processor configure,installation, adjustment, basic repairing and so on.

1. Can you assign engineer to our site to guide the installation if we require?

Yes. We have qualified and experienced engineers who are ready to service for you.

2. How about your warranty and after-sale policy?

Two years warranty is free..
We provide 24 hour phone answering service and real-time remote control service if you have any problem with our led screen.

3. How long time I can get the cargos after placing the order ?

Our production time is about 7~ 15 working days;
When we confirmed the order, after we get your deposit, we can start production, we will update the production details in time; Before finish, we will notice you and after we get full payment, we can delivery the goods to you.
About the time from start port to destination, that depends on the distance and the state of the sea company or airport company

4. What's the difference of DIP(1R1G1B) and DIP(3 in 1) ?

DIP(One LED, 3 in 1) LED Display, one pixel has one LED lamp, 3 led chips in one LED Lamp;
Traditional DIP( 1R1G1B) use 3 LED Lamp in one pixel.

5. How I can make payment?

We support T/T, West Union and so on.
And about payment, we need you pay us 30% as deposit, for the rest part, before delivery.
