The pneumatic rubber fender is also called Yokohama fender. It consists of 3 different layers: the outer rubber layer, the synthetic-cord layer for reinforcement and the inner rubber layer. With the feature of the soft reaction force, lower mooring forces in rough weather conditions, simple and low installation and maintenance cost. The pneumatic rubber fender is widely used

in the ship to ship and ship to dock operations in the marine industry.

Net type pneumatic fenders are fitted with a chain-tyre net. The chain-tyre net consists of used tires that are connected by a network of horizontal and vertical chains, which adds further protection to the fender body.

Pneumatic rubber Fenders made by an outer rubber, reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layer, and inner rubber, then shaping curing.

1.The outer rubbers are used to protect the cord layers and inner rubber from abrasion and other external forces. This rubber compound have sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstand anticipated weather conditions and severe usage.

2.The reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layer strong enough to maintain the internal air pressure of the fender.

3.The inner rubber layer seals the pressurized air inside the fender.
