I. Product brief introduction:
Motor bearing, also known as motor bearing, is a special bearing used for motor.

How to install electric motor bearing.
1, To dismantle the bearing
(1) remove the protective cover at both ends of the vibrating motor
(vertical vibrating motor without protective cover), record the
excitation force value of the eccentric block at work, so that the
original working state can be restored during installation;
(2) remove the shaft circlips from the two both ends of shaft;
(3) the eccentricity block is fastened with the outer eccentric
block, and the axial key is unloaded. The eccentricity block is
fastened with the inner eccentric block.
(4) remove the bearing seat and tighten the bolt, and screw the
appropriate bolt into the bearing seat to remove the screw hole and
lift the bearing housing out of the enclosure;
(5) remove the bearing gland from the bearing seat and push the
bearing out of the bearing seat or the appropriate bolts;
(6) if the bearing is a separable cylindrical roller bearing inside
and outside, the bearing inner sleeve shall be removed from the
shaft and placed in the original bearing coat;
(7) thoroughly clean the oil stains.
2, Install the bearing
When replacing the new bearing, the vibrating motor must use the
same bearing as the original model.
(1) bearing washed with kerosene, pressed into the bearing housing,
fill toward the roller bearing outer ring shell 3 lithium base
grease to two-thirds full, with clean hands evenly daub, mount
bearing gland, use add bolt locking glue binding bolt pressure
bearing gland;
(2) the bearing is a separable cylindrical roller bearing inside
and outside. The bearing inner package should be put on the shaft
and in place;
(3) place the bearing seat on the chassis. If there is a grease
hole, the position must be aligned. Tighten the bearing seat with
the fastening bolt with the stud fastening.
(4) the eccentric block inside and outside is mounted on the shaft
and in place, and the axial key shall load the shaft key into the
key slot to reload the eccentric block, and install the shaft
retaining ring on the shaft.
(5) tighten the eccentric block tightly and rotate the adjustable
eccentric block so that it reaches the Angle position before
unloading and tighten the fastening bolts. When the above assembly
is completed, the shaft should have a certain axial string
movement;
(6) the protective cover at both ends of the vibrating motor shall
be fastened with screws.
