transmitter, adopted the 4th generation multi-carrier modulation
technology and highly efficient/ innovative H.265 compression
coding. Greatly improve coding efficiency,decrease coding delay,
optimize algorithm, anti-bit error rate and improve image quality,
which use the lowest bit rate to achieve the best image
compression.
