Basic cloth of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 600g/m2 e-glass fiber glass fabric in satin weaving. This fabric is coated with 150g/m2 grey silicone on each side. The coated fabric is weighed at 900gsm and 0.85mm thick. Silicone coated fiberglass fabric owns features like electrical insulation, heat resistance, abrasion and chemical resistance. Fiberglass fabric can withstand heat below 550℃ and silicone coating is able to be used below 260℃.

Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is widely used in industrial insulation field, usually be used to produce fire welding blanket, auto heat insulation part, fabric expansion joints and removable thermal insulation jacket.
