Fume Silica Powder HL-200 is manufactured by controlled combustion of highly purified chlorosilanes with oxygen and hydrogen. A schematic diagram is given below. The silica generated in the flame is transported to HCL removal process, cooling process, that be made from hydrophilic fumed silica powder.
