Blade Assembly Replacement

• Disassemble the upper cover, handle assembly and comb.
• Carefully remove the blade axles inside the housing.
• Check and clean blades.
• Replace blades in housing, checking to ensure blades are set evenly across from each other.
• Secure cover back in place, reattach handle and comb unit.
• Turn handly clockwise to begin processing meat.
