Machine features

1. Welding torch moving longitudinally, welding position is horizontal.

2. MIG welding type. The process of MIG welding is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece metal, which heats the workpiece metal, causing them to melt and join. Along with the wire electrode, a shielding gas feeds through the welding gun, which shields the process from contaminants in the air. The process will be automatic.

3. Japan Omron PLC and torch screen to control the machine. AC variable frequency speed regulation, which ensures the equipment reliability.

4. Welding form can be preset, storing and transferring. Through the human-machine

interface can easily change the parameters and state transition. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right, and by angle.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
