Assemble:

1. Insert band stud into position hole for a loose fit;

2. Collapse metal band by folding top half down

4. Snap locking clasp down

How to use:

1 .Use thumb to lift Pull lever

2. Inflation bag begin to inflate

3. Pull the wristband to your chest

4. Use the compass to located your position

5. Use the safety whistle to sign for help
