1 the insulator cap use high density ductile iron ,we test each pieces with magnetic powder inspection method . all the insulator pins made of forged steel .the bonded arec between zinc sleeve and pin are more than 85% , the zinc sleeve will offer a good protection of insulator pins , it can extended insulator working life .

metal fittings surface hop-dip galvanized , coating thickness meet IEC 60383 standard.

2 we manufacture ceramic parts with high aluminum porcelain C130 . the porcelain surface covered a layer of shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white , it depends on customer's requirement.

3 the cotter key made of stainless steel which guarantee insulator string connection locked firmly .

4 we use Portland cement code 525 # make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and good plastic character during hot & cold temperature shift .
