Remove the dust, fine particulate pollutant away from the personnel or items that need to enter clean room, keep the cleanliness from air pollution and keep the air cleanliness level;

Also, it`s a stable gate between two different level cleanrooms or cleanrooms between non clean air environment.

The air shower for items is without floor that can help items pass through easily.

How to choose air showers ?

1. For pricing, color steel board frame design is cheap, they are applied in relatively low standard cleanrooms. But the construction is weak so cannot be used for a long term.

Cold rolled steel frame air shower ( painted steel ) is a medium design for most microelectronics, LED, precision machinery and so on, they are stronger than color steel frame and cheaper than whole stainless steel frame design. With the high tech voice tip system and infrared sensor to sense the position of entered personnel or items, it`s quite popular for normal usage.
3. For food processing and pharmaceutical industries that have high moist environment. And there are maybe acid and alkali situations. Whole stainless steel frame is recommend because they are perform good for strict tough environment. According to the environment can choose stainless 304 or 201

About the nozzle position;

Nozzle position is adjustable or customized, normally it`s distributed in two side of the air shower tunnel and top side.
