products are named double wall paper cup, or sleeve paper cup).
It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure
of :
1, Automatic sleeve-paper (fan-sleeve) feeding,
2, Sleeve-cone-body welding (by ultrasonic wave),
3, Cone-sleeve bottom folding (for hollow-style sleeve cups only),
4, Water-glue(POLYVINYL ACETATE EMULSION) spraying (spray glue
inside the cone-sleeve),
5, Cup/bowl feeding (absorb/suck white-cup into the cone-sleeve),
6, Inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup,
7, Collecting, and with the function of photo electric detection,
fault alarm, and count.
