Description:
This KDON-1200/3000 Air Separation Unit’s process is employing molecular sieve to purify air, and waste nitrogen refluxing turbine expansion for refrigeration; the fractionating column employs convection sieve trays.
After eliminating dust in filter, pre-cooling in pre-cooler, boosting in compressor, purifying in molecular sieve adsorber, the air is divided into 2 streams to be as instrument air, and go to main heat exchanger E1 respectively. After rectification, obtained product oxygen and nitrogen.
