Description:

It is filter eliminating dust, pre-cooler pre-cooling, compressor boosting, molecular sieve purifying and waste nitrogen refluxing expanding process.

The air with dust and mechanical impurities removed in filter and hydrocarbon adsorbed in molecular sieve adsorber flows into main heat exchanger to being cooled to saturation condition, after which it is out of heat exchanger and flows to the bottom of nitrogen column to follow rectification. Thus obtain gaseous nitrogen and liquid nitrogen at the top of nitrogen column.

Product liquid nitrogen flows into cryogenic liquid storage tank as spare gas for abnormal situation. The cryogenic liquid nitrogen can be supplied to pipelines through evaporated by evaporator.
