Product Descriptions of HC-SFS352B
The Mitsubishi HC-SFS352B (HCSFS352B) is a 3.5kW Melservo HC series
servo motor with a brake. The torque is normally 16.7 (N x m) or
2364.7 (oz x in) in this servo motor; although, the torque may be
permitted to attain a torque of 50.1 (N x m) or 7094.2 (oz x in).
The current is normally 17.0A, but it may operate at a higher speed
of 51.0A. The speed of HC-SFS352B servo amplifier is 2000rpm that
can nevertheless run at a higher rate than what is evaluated at
2500rpm. The servo motor may even momentarily operate at speeds of
2875rpm. The moment of inertia has been calculated to be 92.0
J(x10^-4kg x m^2) or 503 J(oz x in^2).
There are only a few amplifiers which can be attached to the
HC-SFS352B servo motor with a brake. They are these: the
MR-J2S-350CP, MR-J2S-350CL, MR-J2S-200A, and MR-J2S-200B. This is
how they may be applied. Primarily, the CN2 port of the amplifier
can link to the encoder of the servo motor. The nexus is made by
the encoder cable which interlinks the two products. The HC-SFS352B
servo motor needs to link with the amplifier for a power supply.
The way to do this is by connecting the servo motor with a power
supply cable to the three screw terminals of U, V, and W, which are
lined up on the face of the servo amplifier.
