The structure of IPX5 IPX6 water jet test machine:

This portable water jet test device is a compact model without a built-in water tank, making it convenient to carry around and allowing users to commence waterproof testing at any time based on testing requirements. Moreover, the device features a touch-tone interface that enables users to set test parameters and control the testing process through simple button presses, rendering the operation more intuitive and user-friendly.

• The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is about 400L.
• Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁶.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.

Installation requirements:

• Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
• Water source: Please prepare clean water source.
• Power supply: 380V/50HZ, 2.0kw, please check whether it is compatible.
• Site space: ≥W4000×D2800×2500mm.
• The ground is flat and the rooms are ventilated.
• The laboratory needs to have drains or floor drains.

7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient water supply.

8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; Please change to another model if you need to export the test data.
