3. Drying and molding: The mold is then heated. The purpose of
heating is to evaporate the water in the pulp, so that the fibers
in the pulp are better connected together to form a solid
structure. Heating can be done by steam or electric heating, which
usually takes a certain amount of time to complete. When the water
in the pulp is evaporated, the formation of the molded product is
completed.
4. Collection and cooling: The mold moves to the collection area of
the molded product, the molded product is taken out of the mold,
and after cooling, the product can be packaged and sold.
