Product Description
Su li dry professional production vacuum tray dryer machineContinuous plate dryer working principle
The wet material is fed continuously to the first drying layer on
the top of the dryer. It will be turned and stirred by rakes when
the rake arm rotates and drop down to the outer edge of the large
drying plate along the exponential helical line. The material will
be moved from the small drying plate to its outer edge and drop
down to the outer edge of the large drying plate underneath. Both
small and large drying plates are arranged alternately so the
materials can go through the dryer continuously. The heat medium
can be saturated steam, hot water or thermal oil. The heat will be
led into hollow drying plates from one end and come out from the
other end. The dried materials will drop from the last layer of the
drying plate to the bottom of the dryer and then moved by rakes to
the discharge outlet. The material moisture will be removed from
the exhaust outlet on the top cover. For the vacuum-type plate
dryer, the moisture will be sucked out by the vacuum pump on the
top cover. The dried materials will be discharged from the bottom
layer. The drying capability can be improved if the dryer equipped
with supplementary devices such as finned heater, condenser for
solvent retrieval, bag dust remover, return and mix mechanism,
draft fan, and etc.
Disc plate dryer performance characteristics
(1) easy control and strong applicability:
The drying process is optimized by adjusting the thickness of the
material layer, the spindle speed, the number of cymbals, the type
and size of the blister leaf.
Each layer of drying plate can be heated or cooled by entering the
heat medium or the cold medium separately. The temperature control
of the material is accurate and easy.
The residence time of the material can be precisely adjusted.
The flow direction of the material is single and there is no back
mixing phenomenon. The drying is uniform, the quality is stable,
and no mixing is required.
(ii) easy operation and easy operation
Dryer driving and parking operations are very simple.
After the feed is stopped, the transport of the material scale
leaves the material in the dryer quickly.
Through a special large inspection door mirror, the inside of the
equipment can be carefully cleaned and observed.
(3) low energy consumption
The material layer is thin, the spindle speed is low, and the
material transfer system requires less power and less power
consumption.
Drying with conductive heat, high thermal efficiency, low energy
consumption.
(4) the operating environment is good, the solvent can be
recovered, and the dust emission meets the requirements.
Normal pressure type: Due to the low air velocity in the equipment
and the high and low humidity distribution inside the equipment, it
is difficult for dust to float to the top of the equipment, so the
top moisture outlet the exhaust gas contains almost no dust.
Closed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, it can
conveniently recover the organic solvent contained in the carrier
gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is
high. For materials that are flammable, explosive, toxic, and
easily oxidized, nitrogen can be used as a carrier gas to carry out
closed-circuit circulation for safe operation. Especially suitable
for drying flammable, explosive and toxic materials.
Vacuum type: The disc dryer operates under vacuum, especially
suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
(5) easy installation and small floor space
The entire dryer is shipped and the entire transport is completed.
It is only necessary to lift the dryer in place and the
installation and positioning are very easy.
Due to the dry disk layout and vertical installation, even the dry
area is large and the floor space is small.
Continual plate dryer technical characteristics
(a) drying plate
Design pressure: Generally 0.4mpa, up to 1.6mpa.
Maximum use pressure: Generally ≤ 0.4mpa, up to 1.6mpa.
Heating medium: Steam, hot water, heat transfer oil, hot water
heating at 100°c, 100°c to 150°c, saturated steam or superheated
steam at ≤0.4mpa, and heat transfer oil at 150°c to 320°c. Heating,
>320 °c can be used when electricity, thermal oil, molten salt
and other heating methods.
(b) material transfer system
Spindle speed: 1 to 10 minutes, electromagnetic or frequency
conversion stepless speed regulation.
Arm: There are 2 to 8 arm arms fixed to the main shaft on each
drying plate.
Leaves: Spliced on the arm, can keep in contact with the surface
floating, there are many forms.
Rolling and rolling: For the materials that are easy to agglomerate
and need to be crushed, adding a roll in place can strengthen the
heat transfer and drying process.
(c) the shell has three types of normal pressure, airtight, and
vacuum.
Atmospheric pressure type: Cylindrical or octagonal prism type,
there are two types of integral and split structure. The heating
medium inlet and outlet main ducts may be inside or outside the
housing.
Closed type: Cylindrical shell, can withstand 5kpa internal
pressure, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipeline can be in
the shell, but also outside the shell.
Vacuum type: Cylindrical shell, design pressure is 0.1mpa, heating
medium inlet and outlet main pipelines are in the shell.
(d) air heaters
Are generally used with large evaporation to enhance drying
efficiency.
Adaptation materials
Dry pyrolysis combustion cooling reaction sublimation
Organic chemical products, inorganic chemical products, medicine,
food, feed, fertilizer
