QZY Models proudly presents the showcase scale model for the
Shenzhen Longgang Ecological Intelligence Valley project. Located
in Longgang District, this headquarters for the Shenzhen building
industry is not only a leading project in the city but also a
crucial hub and demonstration area for the national construction
industry. Aedas, Capol, and MLA+B.V. consortium won the competition
for the urban and architectural design of the first phase of this

1:1000 architectural scheme model and a 1:150 display model, both
receiving continuous acclaim from the client.

The showcased model, at a 1:150 scale and measuring 4.5*4.5 meters,
vividly expresses the entire project site and the surrounding
mountain park area. The first phase of the conceptual model adopts a realistic style, while the undeveloped plots for
the second and third phases utilize frosted acrylic to convey
conceptual representations. The main tower in the first phase
features a glass curtain wall with reflective coated glass, using
20% and 70% reflection effects to highlight the modular design
effectively on the physical model, showcasing the meticulous
expression of the designer's vision. The high surfaces of the
curtain wall incorporate scaled-down solar panels with realistic
metal textures on the decorative lines. The facade's engraved lines
and textures are precisely represented.

UV printing technology is employed for the landscape ground, and
the interior of the buildings features 4000K color temperature
natural lighting effects. Each floor is equipped with unique
lighting effects, controllable in groups. The ground is adorned
with point light sources to enhance the overall model. The artistic
exhibition center is entirely represented by a 3D-printed hollow
frosted body, leaving ample room for future sustainable design
updates.
Notably, achieving such a detailed conceptual model with high requirements in a large-scale and high-scale
project, the QZY team completed the project in just 20 days. This
accomplishment demonstrates strong teamwork and efficient
operational capabilities, truly remarkable in its speed! For more
